At the recent USPA 0–4 Goal Pacific Circuit Tournament, 74-year-old John Thorp, 80-year-old Ronnie Tong, and Ronnie’s two sons Russ and Ryan reunited for the first time in 30 years to play together as a team.

In a hard-fought battle, they came up just short of first place, finishing as proud runners-up. More than the result, it was an unforgettable experience—full of sportsmanship, competition, and the joy of family and lifelong friendship on the field. No one would imagine that John was passing a gallstone that day and night of the match! Nothing would stop him from making it on that field. Thank you everyone for your prayers for his full recovery.
